Uniportal.ai was founded by two long-time friends from Vancouver, with 30+ years of combined experience building software products. We believe every knowledge worker is going to have an AI assistant that lets them do more, faster, and better. We're building that for MSPs.
We're building the platform that runs AI-powered MSP service delivery. It starts with an AI co-worker for the technician, handling the day-to-day work of the helpdesk. Over time it grows into the full platform MSPs run service delivery on, with more of that work moving to autopilot and the guardrails, knowledge, and context that let AI do it safely and well.

We spent years inside an MSP vendor, watching the gap between what enterprise teams get and what MSPs are expected to work with. That gap is significant, and there's no reason it has to stay that way. MSPs deserve better-built software, and AI is the moment to close that gap.

Most of what we built is the guardrail layer. Access controls at the customer, end-user, device, and tool level. Role-based team management with custom roles and groups. Human-in-the-loop controls baked into every agent action. Hand-built integrations with third-party tools so we own the surface.
LLMs are powerful, and that power has to be controlled carefully before you hand it the keys to your clients' environments. Start locked down. Build trust over time. We architected this from day one, not as an afterthought.
